Dawn Fletcher is a high-performance coach who’s obsessed with helping driven humans and athletes reach their greatest potential. She strives to be one of the most complete coaches in the world.

Over the last 17+ years she’s coached some of the world’s best athletes and top performers; over 30 CrossFit Games Athletes, National Champion Gymnasts and Weightlifters, Endurance Athletes, Military Service Members, Executives, Entrepreneurs and thousands of other high-achievers.

Dawn is a trusted Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, a CrossFit Level 3 Coach, who has her Master’s Degree in Kinesiology with a specialization in Sport Psychology. Her niche is mental performance coaching as she believes mindset is the greatest determinant of success.

She owns her company Driven Mind (DrivenMindTraining.com) and currently also serves as a 29029 Everesting Challenge Coach, an Ice Barrel Cold Exposure Coach, a Certified XPT Breath Coach, a 02x Human Performance Specialist and a Mental Performance Subject Matter Expert for Power Monkey.
