I’m Dawn Fletcher, the owner of MENTALITY WOD.
I’ve been coaching for over 14 years and I’ve helped more than a dozen CrossFit Games Athletes and many others to championships, podiums, and elite competitions.
I’m a CrossFit Level 3, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with a Master’s Degree in Kinesiology and a specialization in Sport and Exercise Psychology. Basically, I love this shit. I'm obsessed with it.
I played 3 sports in HS, 3 in college, and have been a professional coach and entrepreneur since.
